Our mission is to positively impact people’s lives and accompany them throughout their developmental journey. **About the Position — Junior Data Analyst** We are seeking a **Junior Data Analyst** to join our **Performance Analysis** team, responsible for monitoring and interpreting metrics from our digital campaigns, supporting the planning of new strategies, and maintaining our databases and spreadsheets up to date. **Job Requirements** * Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers (strong logical reasoning and basic mathematics); * Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled/on hold; * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); * Proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.100,00 – R$3.400,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
