Involved in content creation, monitoring, and analysis, with a focus on results and engagement. The professional must be present at clinics to cover events, capture materials, and ensure excellence in executing the strategic plan. * Analyze and monitor commercial priorities, market scenario, competitors, visual identity, and social media ad budgets to ensure strategic planning for the client. * Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify best practices that can be adapted and implemented. * Participate in meetings with the squad, client, and supervisor, ensuring agendas align with objectives and spreadsheets are correctly completed. * Develop monthly reports to present results to the client. * Monitor and ensure key performance indicators align with project expectations, adjusting strategies based on obtained results. * Collaborate with the digital media analyst to align boosting strategies with the client’s objectives. * Create the monthly posting schedule according to the strategic plan. * Capture videos at the client’s location and develop editing briefs aligned with social media best practices. * Review and schedule posts, ensuring delivery quality and publication. * Respond to comments, curate DMs, and route commercial messages to the responsible person. * On-site coverage of events, material capture, and alignment with the strategic plan. * Create interactive stories, capturing behind-the-scenes moments and promoting audience engagement. Additionally, develop creative visual content aligned with strategy. * Ensure development and publication of trending and additional topics when relevant to the client’s project. * Proficiency in fast-editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, CapCut) and specific social media tools and features (e.g., Reportei, MLabs, Meta Business Suite).
