Natal/RN \| 100% On-site **Monday to Thursday:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM If you are analytical, organized, and enjoy understanding how operations function behind the scenes, this opportunity may be right for you. The Controller's Office is a strategic department within the company, responsible for monitoring, validating, and ensuring the security of daily financial operations. Here, every detail matters, and every decision directly impacts the business’s sustainable growth. Prior experience in this field is not required. We provide structured training, technical mentoring, and a continuous development plan. Main Responsibilities * Analyze and monitor financial operations conducted by the company; * Validate information and commercial relationships among companies involved in transactions; * Monitor payments, deadlines, and financial movements; * Identify potential risks or inconsistencies in operations; * Track reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decisions; * Record and organize information accurately and meticulously; * Collaborate with commercial and operational departments to ensure process security and efficiency. **We are looking for someone who has:** * An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills; * Attention to detail and accountability; * Organization and discipline; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * A desire to learn and grow professionally; * A high-performance mindset.
