Job Summary:
A professional responsible for inspecting workplaces, managing PPE, analyzing accidents, and promoting occupational safety and health through programs, training, and awareness initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct workplace inspections to identify and assess risks to occupational safety and health;
* Manage the distribution, use, and monitoring of personal protective equipment (PPE);
* Analyze and monitor workplace accidents, ensuring appropriate follow-up;
* Support the development and updating of mandatory programs and reports (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, insalubrity and hazard assessments);
* Advise employees on preventive measures and risk control;
* Promote occupational safety training, campaigns, and awareness activities;
* Disseminate occupational safety and hygiene standards and procedures from onboarding onward;
* Request and monitor the implementation of collective and individual protective equipment, including fire-fighting equipment;
* Analyze accident and occupational disease indicators to support continuous improvement;
* Coordinate the fire brigade and emergency response plan;
* Support the 5S Program and periodic compliance audits.
Requirements:
\- Technical education in Occupational Safety
\- Minimum experience in the field.
