**About the opportunity**
At HTM, we seek a professional to **lead the Production team** daily on electromedical equipment assembly lines, ensuring pace, quality, and safety.
**Main responsibilities**
* **Execute and suggest improvements** to procedures, work instructions, production records, and data.
* **Ensure ESD compliance**: monitor and maintain control of anti-static electricity during production and testing.
* **Manage perishable materials**: monitor expiration dates, arrange replacements and disposal as applicable.
* **Maintain devices and tools**, initiating maintenance and performing periodic replacements when necessary.
* **Assign tasks** and feed production lines; track kits, material requisitions, and releases with the Warehouse.
* **Monitor receipt of materials** with Procurement, Quality, and Warehouse to prevent workflow interruptions.
* **Monitor inventory of accessories sold separately**, ensuring availability.
* **Track rework and non-conformities (NCs)**, implementing containment actions and flagging recurring root causes.
**Mandatory requirements**
* Technical or higher education degree in **Production, Electronics, Mechatronics**, or related fields.
**Preferred qualifications**
* Experience in the **medical device industry**.
* Prior experience **leading production cells/lines** in electro-electronic manufacturing.
* Experience with **production metrics** and **Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001/13485)**.
* Proficiency in spreadsheets and **ERP/PCP systems**.
