Prioritize safety, identify issues, and suggest improvements **Requirements:** **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; **Experience:** Relevant experience required; **Note:** Forklift operator certification is mandatory; **Responsibilities:** 1 \- Operate the forklift in the logistics department; 2 \- Ensure proper functioning of the forklift; 3 \- Pay attention to signage and material location indicators; 4 \- Properly wear personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing duties; 5 \- Act to minimize potential risk situations; 6 \- Remain responsive to logistics department demands; 7 \- Assist with loading and unloading materials from third-party transport trucks; 8 \- Prioritize coworkers' safety; 9 \- Identify possible forklift malfunctions; 10 \- Request forklift maintenance as needed and according to the correct schedule; 11 \- Organize materials and pallets in the logistics department according to their order of use or shipment; 12 \- Apply techniques to maximize physical space utilization; 13 \- Monitor daily tasks requiring your involvement; 14 \- Transport materials and pallets within the factory; 15 \- Suggest process improvements for the department; 16 \- Participate in internal department meetings; 17 \- Perform tasks according to priority assignments delegated by Logistics Dispatch Supervision; 18 \- Align with the company's values and mission; 19 \- Foster positive workplace relationships; 20 \- Stay updated on industry best practices related to your responsibilities and integrate them into company operations; 21 \- Responsible for operating the forklift to retrieve production material pallets and transport them to the warehouse, maintaining forklifts in good working condition and requesting maintenance and refueling when necessary; 22 \- Demonstrated skill and constant attention, capable of acting swiftly and agilely in any critical situation; 23 \- Dynamic and proactive, safeguarding personal safety and that of others involved during material handling; 24 \- Study the company’s warehouse layout to understand available space for object placement; 25 \- Transport materials on pallets; 26 \- Maintain control over already-stored materials and those scheduled for warehouse placement; 27 Dirigir a empilhadeira e carregar os produtos nos pallets; 28 \- Maintain forklift cleanliness; 29 \- Collect dispatch pallets; 30 \- Attend meetings whenever necessary to clarify doubts, provide guidance in atypical situations, present reports, and other purposes; 31 \- Use the company’s standard communication protocols.
