Job Summary: Professional to lead Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen continuous improvement projects in logistics, managing and ensuring implementation and sustainability of results. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement projects in logistics operations 2. Apply Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies 3. Manage operational and financial KPIs for optimization **Responsibilities:** * Lead and drive continuous improvement projects and initiatives based on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen across all logistics operation areas; * Manage, monitor, and ensure project implementation, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, scope, and established goals; * Monitor and audit implemented projects, ensuring sustainability of improvements and achievement of results; * Monitor and analyze performance results from Lean/Kaizen methodology implementation; * Manage and analyze operational and financial KPIs (OEE, OTIF, unit cost), supporting decision-making and prioritization of improvements; * Standardize processes and manage daily operational routines; * Support implementation of continuous improvement systems and methodologies, promoting efficiency and waste reduction; * Collaborate with operational teams and leadership to support change management and process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Experience in logistics operations / distribution center; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, VSM, A3\); * Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt; Black Belt is a plus); * Experience with operational and financial metrics; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Knowledge of WMS and inventory management (desirable). **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
