**Responsibilities** * Review documentation using the internal system * Register drivers, visitors, and service providers in the system * Register vehicles and drivers in the WMS * Perform photographic registration of vehicle license plates in the system * Register vehicles upon arrival and departure via photos in the internal system * Record and verify vehicle weight upon entry and exit * Monitor scheduled pickup appointments \- Monitor DTA \- Customs Transit Document \- arrival deadlines * Direct vehicles according to instructions * Register DTAs in Siscomex * Notify customer arrivals **Requirements** High school diploma completed; Good communication skills, public service orientation Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite Schedule: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM \- Monday to Friday Personal transportation required Location: Pouso Alegre/MG **Benefits:** Health insurance; Meal allowance; On-site meals; Fuel assistance; Life insurance; Attendance bonus; Birthday month bonus.
