Your journey can begin now. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in issuing and recording service invoices and purchase invoices for goods; * Review fiscal documents related to the purchase of goods and contracting of services; * Verify the compliance and legitimacy of fiscal invoices within the department; * Support tax calculation and fiscal recording of service invoices; * Assist in validating pre\-entry of inventory and warehouse fiscal invoices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Minimum 6 months of experience in fiscal or administrative activities; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Enrollment in a higher education program in Accounting Sciences or related fields will be considered an advantage. **Additional information** **Working hours:** * 7:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. **Benefits:** * Amarelo \- Psychological counseling; * Pharmacy allowance; * Basic food basket; * Hapvida Health Plan (voluntary enrollment, with 50% covered by the company); * SulAmérica Dental Plan (voluntary enrollment); * On\-site cafeteria; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * Transportation voucher.
