Job Summary:
Manages bar operations, ensuring quality, hygiene, organization, and team training, with emphasis on service excellence.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Ensure implementation of 5S practices (washing, cleaning, labeling, bar organization, etc.);
* Manage inventory counting schedules and utensil condition inspections;
* Monitor management tools (opening/closing checklists, damage logbook, mise en place, cleaning schedule, 5S checklist);
* Prepare and execute FCAs (Food & Beverage Control Actions);
* Plan monthly work schedules and time-off rotations;
* Conduct weekly UGB (Unit General Briefing) meetings;
* Inspect products before serving customers, verifying appearance, handling, utensils, etc.;
* Ensure drinks are prepared according to technical specifications;
* Update the technical specification book whenever changes or new drinks are introduced;
* Count, label, and request supplies and products;
* Supervise practical assessments of candidates;
* Train new employees;
* Monitor working hour balances and suggest time-off compensation;
* Communicate and coordinate maintenance requests with Maintenance and Operations Manager;
* Conduct individual feedback sessions with employees;
* Monitor departmental KPIs;
* Track employee performance;
* Identify team training needs and submit requests to Bar Head;
* Support Bar Head in training bar and dining room staff;
* Attend meetings and trainings as required.
* Perform duties inherent to the position.
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:**
* Salary: R$ 1.814,60

**WORK SCHEDULE:**
* Rotating 6 x 1 schedule – Afternoon / Night shift
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Completed high school or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and 5S methodology;
* Solid experience in this role and team leadership;
* Knowledge of drink preparation and mixology.

Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$1.814,60 per month
