Development of awareness campaigns and preventive measures. **Occupational Safety Technician** **Job Type**: Permanent CLT, On-site **Working Hours**: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00 \| Fri 08:00–17:00 **Work Location**: Eusébio/CE **Requirements:** \- Active professional registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); \- Knowledge and mastery of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) for Occupational Health and Safety; \- Certification as an NR 10 and NR 35 Instructor, with capacity to deliver training; \- Availability for on-site work in Eusébio; \- Completed education in the field; \- Relevant work experience. **BENEFITS PACKAGE:** \- Performance-based bonus; \- Meal allowance / Food voucher \- Transportation voucher or fuel assistance \- Day off \- Partnerships with universities After probation period: \- 100% company-paid health insurance (Hapvida or Liv Saúde \- no co-payment) \- 100% company-paid dental insurance \- Maternity/Paternity benefit•\- Mental Health Program **\-** Free internet **Responsibilities:** \- Develop, implement, monitor, and manage Occupational Safety and Health programs, including CIPA, PCMSO, PGR, LTCAT, among others; \- Ensure company activities comply with the Ministry of Labor and Employment’s Regulatory Standards (NRs), performing continuous monitoring and necessary updates; \- Conduct fieldwork inspections; \- Deliver mandatory training; \- Develop occupational safety awareness campaigns, proposing and monitoring implementation of corrective and preventive measures; \- Prepare technical reports, inspection reports, as well as issue Work Accident Reports (CAT), and accident/incident reports where applicable; \- Manage PPE and uniform inventory. \- Maintain the SESMT system up to date.
