### **JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Job Vision:**
Conduct internal inspections of the condominium, promote security and support within internal environments to enhance collective well-being, guide access for people and vehicles, assist the doorman when necessary, monitor safety conditions, and deliver high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

**Main Responsibilities:**
* Control the movement of vehicles and people through the condominium entrance by receiving, triaging requests, and forwarding them to the appropriate recipients.
* Monitor the use of common areas to preserve property;
* Turn on and off lights in the condominium's common areas, observing scheduled times and/or needs (when this responsibility is not assigned to another person during a predetermined shift);
* Monitor the opening and closing of common-use facilities (e.g., gym, playroom, party hall, etc.).
* Record events and incidents occurring during the shift.
* Identify violations specified in the internal regulations, such as: unauthorized vehicle parking, improper use of equipment and facilities.
* Support the entrance desk during incidents and emergencies by making necessary contacts (Fire Department, Military Police, SAMU).
* Monitor gate opening and closing, acting internally to prevent unauthorized or evasive entries.
