Job Summary: Responsible for material picking, loading, and movement, ensuring warehouse organization and compliance with operational and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for picking and loading various materials and manually or using manual equipment moving cargo, ensuring loads are properly secured according to standards, managing vehicle queues for loading/unloading at the facility, organizing the inventory of steel products and other items related to logistics operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** . Conduct product inventory; support loading/storage processes according to established standards; implement 5S in the area; . Suggest, participate in developing and reviewing standards; . Report failures, eliminate symptoms, analyze root causes, and propose corrective actions; . Act autonomously within one's defined scope of responsibility; . Strictly adhere to corporate governance, safety, sustainability, health, and environmental policies and procedures, in line with the Integrated Management Policy commitment, and in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct, as well as its Values and Principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed high school. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in an industrial environment. * **Digital Skills:** Experience using mobile devices (smartphones) for barcode scanning applications on products to be loaded, as well as for completing shift closing reports. * **Physical Capacity:** Vitality and stamina for physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy materials, cargo securing, and tarping trailers. **Differentiators and Soft Skills** * **Communication and Interpersonal Skills:** Dynamic profile with strong verbal communication and emotional intelligence for direct interaction with drivers, suppliers, and team members. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate and mediate conflicts in the operational environment. * **Driver’s License:** Possession of a valid driver’s license (CNH) or plan to obtain one within one year, ensuring readiness for advancement within the logistics structure.
