Job Summary: We are seeking a Literature Intern to support the planning and implementation of creative writing and textual production workshops, promoting reading and language development. The Farias Brito Educational Organization, with 90 years of history in the education sector, is looking for a Literature Intern to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the planning and implementation of creative writing and textual production workshops for students in Grades 4 and 5. * Propose playful and pedagogical activities aimed at developing written language, imagination, and authorship. * Promote reading, vocabulary expansion, and idea organization. * Assist students throughout the writing, revision, and rewriting processes. * Collaborate with teachers and the pedagogical coordination team to align workshops with curriculum objectives. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and planning sessions, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Literature program (from the 3rd semester onward). * Interest in the educational field and in working with children in the Early Years. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Creativity, pedagogical sensitivity, and organizational ability. * Active listening skills, mediation ability, and capacity to encourage student participation. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn and receive pedagogical guidance. . Availability for a 2-year internship. .
