One of the largest hospital groups in the country is hiring: **Junior Human Resources Analyst** **Location:** HUB CE **Area:** Recruitment and Selection **Responsibilities:** Receive, verify, and manage personnel requisitions to track and update job openings on the platform; Align the profile and information specified in the personnel requisition and job description with the hiring manager to better define and clarify the position requirements; Conduct individual or group competency-based interviews and facilitate group dynamics with candidates to assess professional profiles; when necessary, accompany candidates’ interviews with managers to support and assist in the hiring decision; Utilize appropriate behavioral profiling assessment tools to gather relevant information for decision-making in the selection process, ensuring alignment of candidates with company culture; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources, with active registration in the respective professional council; Expertise in selection tools and techniques (competency-based selection and group dynamics); Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Proficiency in recruitment and selection platforms (ATS); Desirable: Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector.
