Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for integrating and verifying purchases and sales, performing fiscal accounting, calculating taxes, submitting ancillary obligations, monitoring processes with public agencies, and preparing and analyzing fiscal reports. Key Highlights: 1. Perform fiscal accounting and tax calculation 2. Monitor processes and documentation with public agencies 3. Prepare and analyze fiscal reports - Participate in departmental meetings of the team; - Raise client awareness during the first three months of the contract regarding the importance of timely document submission; - Prepare an integration checklist for new clients within the first three months of contract commencement; - Prepare an integration completion dossier according to the Commercial Department's format; - Integrate and verify purchases and sales imported from clients into the P&P system; - Perform fiscal accounting, including tax calculation, issuance of payment slips, and submission of ancillary obligations; - Be responsible for documentary follow-up during audits and monitoring activities; - Be responsible for monitoring processes with public agencies (registrations, installment agreements, registration updates, settlement agreements, etc.); - Prepare and analyze fiscal reports (Value Added Tax, calculation spreadsheets, pending items report, Certificates of Negative Debt [CNDs], client meeting materials); - Rectify ancillary obligations when necessary; recalculate primary obligations when necessary; - Be responsible for submitting inventory reports of client companies; - Clarify technical queries from clients; - Inform the Fiscal Supervisor or Coordinator about contractual execution questions and requests for new services; - Study legislation specific to each business sector of the company.
