Job Summary: Professional to supervise teams in logistics activities, ensure procedural compliance, analyze priorities, and lead the team toward process optimization and continuous improvement. Focus on continuous improvement and strategic customer engagement. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise teams executing activities from vehicle entry to exit; * Maintain control over all shift activities, ensuring adherence to all procedures; * Analyze priorities and allocate resources effectively to optimize team distribution, aiming to achieve results within deadlines agreed upon with the client; * Maintain equipment under responsibility and ensure a safe and orderly work environment; * Implement and monitor the effectiveness of improvements proposed by the Coordinator or Supervisor; * Execute corrective and preventive action plans to support continuous improvement; * Contribute to implementing and maintaining quality standards within the area of responsibility; * Maintain communication with internal and external customers to convey information and expedite the logistics process; * Lead the assigned team, including training and performance evaluation of executed activities; * Conduct team briefings and Daily Safety Talks (DDS); **Requirements and Competencies:** * Currently pursuing Logistics or Administration studies; * Knowledge of logistics operational routines and E-commerce; * Experience in people management, results management, and KPIs; * Availability to work rotating shifts; Knowledge of tax legislation and SAP Minimum Education: Technical Course
