




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise pedagogical activities, guide instructors, monitor student performance, and develop teaching materials for the pre-military course, focusing on continuous improvement and exam preparation. Promotion of continuous improvement in teaching quality **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise pedagogical activities of the pre-military course, aligning lesson plans and subject schedules. * Guide and support instructors/teachers in implementing teaching methodologies. * Monitor student performance, analyze results, and propose strategies for continuous improvement. * Develop and administer diagnostic assessments, mock exams, and performance reports. * Conduct pedagogical meetings with staff, students, and guardians to guide progress and engagement. * Participate in the selection and development of teaching materials and pedagogical resources. * Monitor and oversee administrative processes related to daily school operations and class organization. * Promote continuous improvement practices focused on teaching quality and exam preparation. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in **Pedagogy** or a teaching license in the educational field. * Proven experience in **pedagogical coordination** or similar role, preferably in preparatory courses or education. * Ability to lead and manage teaching staff. * Strong communication skills with students, parents, and the pedagogical team. * Proficiency in digital tools for pedagogical management and support. * Experience in exam preparation or intensive teaching is desirable.
