Its primary focus is research and development in the field of information technology. **Responsibilities:** Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas of the building, such as hallways, staircases, elevators, and party rooms. Perform minor repairs and maintenance on facilities, including light bulb replacement, faucet repair, and wall painting. Monitor and control personnel access to the building to ensure resident safety and property protection. Receive and forward residents’ mail and packages. Collect and sort garbage according to established regulations. Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor, Elderly Caregiver, Cleaning Agent, or General Services Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completion of elementary education required.
