Responsible for the full cycle of system analysis and development, from business requirement specification, data modeling, and coding through to maintenance and support of solutions. With high technical autonomy, the professional aims to ensure agile restoration of IT services, while continuously evolving and improving applications by developing robust and scalable solutions using technologies such as Python and JavaScript, always aligned with organizational processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements with users. * Map business processes and perform data modeling for implementation of systems aligned with business rules. * Identify information needs and build interface prototypes based on requirements. * Prepare effort, resource, and timeline estimates using **Use Case** and **Function Point Analysis**. * Design, develop, implement, and maintain complete information systems. * Develop and maintain **back-end applications in Python** (Django/FastAPI/Flask) and/or **front-end/full-stack applications in JavaScript** (Node.js/React/Vue/Angular). * Perform relational data modeling and write **complex, optimized SQL queries** for reporting and massive data manipulation. * Select, develop, and maintain development frameworks and supporting tools. * Execute system deployment and accompany user acceptance testing (UAT). * Respond to and resolve development-related tickets in the client’s management system, recording all relevant information. * Diagnose and resolve critical bugs in production environments. * Conduct **Code Reviews** to ensure quality, readability, and adherence to best practices. * Plan, specify, and prepare test data for integration testing, eliminating errors and ensuring functionality. * Monitor and evaluate system performance in operation. * Develop and maintain development standards, rules, and component libraries. * Generate and update technical documentation (APIs, diagrams) and operational documentation for systems. * Manage libraries of standard objects and components. * Prepare managerial and statistical reports related to systems. * Facilitate technical knowledge transfer within the team. * Provide expert opinions on applying new technologies in development. * Disseminate information about standards, rules, and emerging technologies. * Deliver training sessions and develop support materials for users and maintainers. * Participate in technical events when required by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements – Academic Background, Courses or Certifications:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, awarded by an institution of higher education recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education; or a bachelor’s degree in any field, accompanied by a certificate of completion of a postgraduate specialization or master’s program in IT, with a minimum duration of 360 classroom hours**.** Python: Solid experience with web frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) and automation scripts. JavaScript: Proficiency in ES6+, asynchronous programming, and experience with Node.js or modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular). SQL: Proficiency in ANSI SQL and specific dialects (PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server). Modeling: Proven experience in relational modeling (ERD), normalization, and referential integrity. Administration: Experience creating Views, Stored Procedures, Triggers, and basic database administration.
