Job Summary: A professional responsible for administering, monitoring, and providing technical support for firewall solutions, ensuring protection of the corporate network against unauthorized access and cyberattacks. A professional responsible for administering, monitoring, and providing technical support for firewall solutions, ensuring protection of the corporate network perimeter and core against unauthorized access, cyberattacks, and security failures. Acts as the point of reference for firewall-related incidents. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Responsibilities:** * Identification and resolution of incidents and issues related to * components comprising firewalls * Performing configurations, sending, installing and uninstalling—physically and/or logically—any equipment included in the solution, as well as installing required software for proper solution operation; * Modifying logical configurations of equipment to reflect service improvements, including planning and activation of new supported features * Determining root causes and providing solutions for incidents * Updating equipment software versions, installing modules, and other software or hardware components * Responding to tickets related to questions, failures, changes, and other aspects concerning firewalls * Proactively performing actions to prevent technical issues from arising in firewall components * Creating Change Requests (RDMs) to be submitted to the Change Management process for any actions involving modifications to the solution deployed in production environments **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** Completed (or ongoing) undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Professional Experience: Proficiency in firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, etc.); Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN, IPSec); Experience with intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS); Familiarity with SIEM and security monitoring tools; Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network infrastructure. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday through Friday)** **Our Benefits:** Hapvida, Bradesco, or Unimed health insurance (applicable according to region); Hapvida Odonto or Bradesco Dental dental insurance; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance fully covered by the company; Transportation allowance; TotalPass; Pharmacy discount program; University tuition discount program; Corporate Education Platform; Welcome-to-the-Baby Kit; Moodar Platform.
