Opportunity for hands-on learning **About the Opportunity** We are looking for a **Junior Commercial Consultant** to work on the front line of vehicle tracking solution sales. You will be responsible for helping customers (individuals and businesses) protect their vehicles and fleets by offering consultative and customized solutions. You will join a commercial team that values results, hands-on learning, and accelerated growth, with clear goals and performance-based recognition. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person visits to customers (individuals and businesses) * Execute external sales activities within your assigned region * Actively prospect new customers * Present solutions in a consultative manner * Negotiate proposals and commercial terms * Monitor the sales pipeline and record activities * Maintain post-sales relationships to ensure customer retention **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields * Availability for 100% in-person work (both external and internal) * Prior experience in customer service or sales (including internships) * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Commitment to meeting goals, deadlines, and commercial routines * Organizational skills for recording visits, contacts, and opportunities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in external and/or internal sales * Familiarity with vehicle tracking or B2B solutions * Basic knowledge of the sales funnel and negotiation techniques * Valid driver's license and ability to commute independently **Benefits** * CLT employment contract * Hapvida health insurance plan (50% covered by the company) * iFood Benefits + Meal allowance of R$ 22.05/day (no deduction) * Transportation allowance * Performance-based bonus of up to 25% of base salary * Collaborative environment with hands-on learning and real growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.712,97 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: In-person
