Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to join our team, focused on ensuring customer satisfaction through onboarding, ongoing support, and creation of supporting content, with professional growth opportunities. If you’re curious, communicative, and enjoy solving problems, this could be your place! ***Your day-to-day responsibilities:*** * **Customer onboarding:** Support new customers during their first steps on the platform, ensuring an outstanding experience from day one * **Engagement monitoring:** Track system usage and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience * **Content creation:** Develop support materials such as guides, articles, and simple videos to facilitate platform use * **Feedback management:** Collect and organize customer suggestions and perceptions (e.g., NPS) * **Team support:** Assist with meetings, data organization, and tools such as CRM and spreadsheets ***What we’re looking for:*** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, IT, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward) * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines * Interest in technology and software systems ***Preferred qualifications:*** * Basic knowledge of ERP or management systems * Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets * Experience in customer service or sales ***What we offer:*** * Internship stipend: **R$ 800.00 \+ transportation allowance** * **Day Off** * **50% health insurance coverage** * Well-being program (fruit day, afternoon coffee, events, and more) * Company anniversary voucher * Practical mentoring focused on professional growth * A dynamic work environment and a real opportunity for permanent hiring Job Type: Internship Compensation: starting at R$800.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
