Job Summary: The professional will handle leads, deliver consultative and humanized service, seek to understand customer needs, and convert them into sales with a focus on targets. Key Highlights: 1. Washington Soares, Edson Queiroz, Fortaleza/CE Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 2 hours for lunch / Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 1 hour for lunch Employment Type: CLT / On-site ✅ Your Responsibilities * Handle leads received via WhatsApp and digital platforms; * Deliver consultative and humanized service, building rapport with customers; * Understand customer needs, environment, measurements, and desired style; * Send product photos, videos, measurements, options, and presentations; * Make phone calls, voice messages, and video calls as needed; * Guide customers toward an in-store visit; * Receive customers referred from online service; * Support customers throughout the sales closure process; * Organize portfolios, materials, photos, videos, and product folders; * Focus on targets, conversion, and customer experience. Mandatory Requirements * Experience in sales, online customer service, WhatsApp, or commercial SDR roles; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in furniture, interior decoration, architecture, retail, or consultative sales is a plus; * Ability to record voice messages, make calls, and conduct video calls; * Commercial mindset, persuasive attitude, and energy for sales; * Agility to handle a high daily volume of customers; * Organization and discipline in tracking customer interactions; * Professional appearance and demeanor; * Proficiency with computers, digital platforms, and systems. Compensation and Benefits * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.772,00 * Commission: 1.5% of monthly sales * Current average earnings: approximately R$ 2\.500,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 14.00/day * Transportation allowance paid in cash or via bank transfer ✨ What We’re Looking For A true salesperson: communicative, energetic, engaging, and capable of transforming conversations into relationships—and relationships into sales.
