This administrative internship seeks a professional to handle first contact with leads, qualify cases, manage calendars, update systems, and assist in drafting commercial proposals.

POSITION: Administrative Intern
REQUIREMENTS
Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Business Process Management, or Law, from the 3rd semester onward
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Completion of customer service or sales training is a plus
Customer service/sales orientation, assertive communication, and organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate first contact with leads (potential clients) arriving via WhatsApp, phone, or e\-mail.
Qualify contacts to determine whether their case falls within the firm's practice areas before forwarding to attorneys.
Manage partners' and attorneys' calendars for consultations and closing meetings.
Maintain the CRM system updated with prospect information and the status of each negotiation.
Follow up with clients who have received proposals but have not yet signed contracts.
Assist in drafting commercial proposals and organizing basic documents required for client onboarding.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Stipend: R$900.00
Transportation allowance: R$100.00
Work schedule: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday \- with a 1-hour lunch break.
