Job Summary: Coordinate the full lifecycle of Logistics projects, aligning technical and business teams, and ensuring delivery and stabilization of initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational change management Responsibilities: * Lead the entire lifecycle of **Logistics projects**, from planning through delivery and stabilization; * Coordinate technical and business fronts, ensuring alignment among logistics operations, suppliers, and business areas; * Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables; * Assign and track activities with squads, ensuring smooth delivery flow; * Define, monitor, and report OKRs, metrics, and performance indicators for projects; * Support demand prioritization with internal areas, considering operational, strategic, and analytical impact; * Monitor operational and analytical indicators related to logistics, supply chain, and project performance; * Manage organizational change, supporting adoption of new processes, systems, or practices; * Prepare and present weekly status reports covering risks, progress, and next steps to stakeholders. Technical Skills: * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Project Management or Process Management is desirable; * Experience with project management tools: ClickUp, Azure, Miro, MS Project, Power BI, Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite; * Proven prior experience as a Project Manager; * Knowledge of PMO implementation and agile methodologies is desirable.
