**Job Summary:** The Pastry Assistant is responsible for supporting the production of sweets, cakes, and desserts, assisting in preparing doughs, fillings, toppings, and final product assembly. They also organize ingredients, sanitize utensils, and maintain workplace cleanliness, consistently adhering to food safety regulations.
