Organize service flow by directing customers to consultations and examinations. Register and update data in the system (Vita Tech). Verify, process, and file examination requisitions. Monitor pending items and resolve them within established deadlines. Maintain communication with customers and service providers to ensure alignment and service quality. Verify examination completion and organize documents and forms. Generate and verify service and productivity reports. Perform cash closing and support administrative routines. Assist supervision and contribute to sector organization and efficiency. Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist, Reception Assistant, Secretary, or Customer Service Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. High school diploma required.
