Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring domestic and international procurement, import, and export processes, including cost analysis and commercial negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in commercial negotiations with suppliers and traders 2. End-to-end management of import and export processes 3. Data analysis and development of KPIs for decision-making REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering; * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in International Trade; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in import, export, and procurement is desirable; * Data Analysis: Advanced Excel; Power BI; ERP; Database Management; * Regulatory standards governing import processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Plan, execute, and monitor domestic and international procurement processes, ensuring adequate supply of materials, inputs, and services aligned with internal demands; * Manage import and export processes, including feasibility analysis, negotiation with international suppliers, shipment tracking, documentation management, and adherence to agreed timelines; * Conduct commercial negotiations with suppliers and traders to secure optimal pricing, delivery terms, quality, exchange rates, and logistics—aligned with company strategy; * Analyze and control acquisition costs, taxes, freight, insurance, port fees, and customs expenses to ensure competitiveness and financial compliance; * Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to import, export, and procurement—including customs, tax, and foreign exchange regulations; * Develop and monitor departmental performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP, delivering analytical insights and managerial reports to support decision-making; * Perform data analysis and manage supplier information databases, contracts, purchase history, lead times, and logistics performance; * Support contract management, purchase orders, and administrative controls related to the supply chain; * Collaborate continuously with internal departments—including Logistics, Finance, Tax, Production, and Sales—to align demand, budget, and deadlines; * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, and cost reduction in procurement and import processes; * Provide technical and operational support to the Logistics Manager, including guidance and assistance to colleagues from other departments.
