Job Summary: We are seeking qualified professionals with a keen eye for quality and safety to perform masonry and other civil construction material work while maintaining organization and cleanliness at the construction site. Focus on workplace safety and use of PPE We are expanding our team and looking for qualified professionals who are eager and attentive to quality and safety on construction sites. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform masonry, concrete, and other civil construction material work. * Carry out laying of bricks, stones, floor tiles, ceramic tiles, and porcelain tiles. * Prepare and apply mortars (plastering, roughcast, and scratch coat). * Perform foundation work, leveling, and plumb alignment of walls. * Assist in reading simple blueprints and plans for executing construction phases. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of tools and the workplace. **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Completed elementary school (high school diploma is a plus). * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years of verifiable experience (via employment record or portfolio of completed projects). * **Practical Knowledge:** Proficiency in mortar mixing, laying techniques, and plastering. * **Tools:** Skill in using plumb bobs, levels (manual or laser), tape measures, concrete mixers, rotary hammers, and other tools relevant to the role. * **Profile:** Proactivity, punctuality, and focus on workplace safety (PPE usage). **Job Information:** * **Benefits:** * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance or weekly fuel allowance.
