Focus on error reduction and continuous process improvement **Job Mission:** Supervise the printing facility's daily production to ensure organization, on-time delivery, quality standards, and error reduction, working directly on the shop floor. Main Responsibilities: Organize the daily production queue Distribute tasks among the team Monitor deadlines and priorities Verify standards prior to production Reduce rework and recurring errors Assist the team with execution when necessary Report bottlenecks and issues to management Ensure adherence to defined processes Suggest process improvements ***Requirements*** Previous experience in production, printing, or operational environments Organized and responsible profile Strong communication skills and firm demeanor Ability to hold the team accountable and provide guidance Willingness to work in an operational role ***Preferred Qualifications*** Experience in quick-print or visual communication environments Basic knowledge of printing and finishing processes Experience with informal leadership or supervision Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$4.086,93 per month Work Location: On-site
