Drive data analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Lead the Information Technology strategy aligned with business objectives; Drive digital transformation initiatives, promoting innovation and continuous process improvement; Manage cross-functional technology teams, including development, infrastructure, and digital products; Structure and oversee the technology project portfolio, ensuring high-quality, on-time deliveries that generate value for the organization; Drive initiatives related to data analytics, process automation, and artificial intelligence; Advance technological architecture, ensuring scalability, availability, and security of environments; Strengthen IT governance, service management, and IT best practices; Develop solutions that enhance productivity, support decision-making, and improve internal user experience. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields; Proven leadership experience in Information Technology roles; Experience in digital transformation, product management, data, innovation, and process automation; Experience managing strategic projects and cross-functional teams; Knowledge of IT governance, technological architecture, and service management. ### **JOB BENEFITS** Wellhub (Gympass) Half\-day Off on your birthday ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Contract:** PJ
