Today, we are one of the largest construction and real estate development companies in Ceará, recognized for our credibility, bold projects, and technological innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and analyze reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Support employees and managers in analyzing information from the Quality Management System; * Perform the monthly Lean and Quality Gembas routine; * Monitor monthly Gemba results reports via dashboards; * Conduct onboarding and quality system training, providing support to departments; * Support the review of work instructions by detailing all steps of the production process to achieve standardization; * Monitor, through the system, the management of documented information relevant to the QMS; * Track the status of Service Verification Forms (SVFs) and nonconformities in the system; * Support external audits by facilitating access to information; * Support the implementation and stabilization of Lean practices on construction sites through periodic visits, training delivery, and collection of improvement ideas from production teams; * Apply Standardized Work (SW) and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) methods to support analysis of productive processes and identify improvements in productivity, cost, and quality; * Apply A3 and Problem\-Cause\-Solution (PCS) methods to resolve problems; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint proficiency * Basic knowledge of quality tools * Familiarity with agile management * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 19001, and PBQPH * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Lean Construction **Additional Information**### **Everything begins with people.** For 45 years, **Diagonal has transformed the civil construction landscape through innovation and an unwavering commitment to quality**.
