Equinox seeks a Manager to lead operations, ensuring organization, productivity, strategic alignment, and excellence in results. The professional will be responsible for coordinating processes, teams, and indicators, ensuring all departments function in an integrated manner. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Operational Management** ---------------------- * Coordinate and supervise all departments: production, production planning and control (PCP), shipping, maintenance, quality, and warehouse. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, targets, and quality standards. * Plan productive capacity, workflow, and prevent bottlenecks. * Monitor machinery, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure proper operation. **People Management** --------------------- * Lead, guide, and develop supervisors and team members. * Monitor performance and allocate responsibilities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Administrative Management** ------------------------- * Control operational costs, material costs, and productivity metrics. * Support senior management in decision-making and strategic planning. * Monitor KPIs: production, waste, rework, efficiency, and absenteeism. * Prepare periodic performance reports. **Quality Management** ----------------------- * Ensure products meet required technical specifications. * Implement continuous improvements in processes and layout. * Reduce defects, rework, and waste. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as an Industrial Manager, Coordinator, or Supervisor. * Proficiency in production processes (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, and finishing). * Experience in people management and team leadership. * Analytical ability, decision-making capability, and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Technical or university degree in Production, Engineering, Metallurgy, or related fields (preferred). * Experience with performance indicators, targets, and continuous improvement. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** ---------------- * Experience in stainless steel manufacturing industry. * Training in Industrial Management. * Strategic leadership. * Residency in Maracanaú or nearby areas.
