Job Summary: Analyst role focused on financial reporting, analysis of KPIs, financial planning support, cost reduction, and proactive risk/opportunity anticipation, using strong analytical skills. Proactive identification of financial risks and opportunities **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and monitor managerial financial reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Budget); * Analyze financial indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective or improvement actions; * Structure and maintain Excel-based financial spreadsheets and *dashboards*; * Support short-, medium-, and long-term financial planning; * Identify opportunities for cost reduction and resource optimization; * Prepare presentations and reports for leadership; * Proactively anticipate financial risks and opportunities; * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Compensation: 5\.000,00 * Colab\+ Package: Wellhub, Startbem, Avus * Partnerships with educational institutions and restaurants **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 (44 hours/week) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Financial Management; * Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX, Power Query, complex formulas, and dashboards; * Strong analytical reasoning and ability to interpret financial data; **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Prior experience in consulting firms, accounting offices, fintechs, or medium/large enterprises * Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Controllership, or related fields * Familiarity with ERP systems (Totvs, SAP, Omie, etc.) * Proactivity and autonomy in managing tasks and projects * Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting results.
