Responsibilities: The role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing retail construction projects to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and budgets. The engineer will manage suppliers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams, organize documentation, and support project execution in Recife, Salvador, Fortaleza, and Aracaju. Requirements: We seek a Mid-level or Senior Civil Engineer with experience in short-duration retail construction projects and challenging schedules. Experience working with construction companies is desirable, along with solid experience in third-party management and behavioral traits including a strong sense of urgency, initiative, negotiation skills, leadership, and interpersonal effectiveness.
