Job Summary: We are seeking a content creator passionate about cars and automotive aesthetics to elevate our digital presence, with a focus on audiovisual production, dynamic editing, and storytelling. If you have a keen eye for detail, master fast-paced video editing, and know how to engage an audience, this role is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Content Creation:** Plan and execute the posting schedule (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts). * **Audiovisual Production:** Capture videos and photos during daily workshop operations (sanding, preparation, paint booth, and polishing processes). * **Dynamic Editing:** Edit Reels and TikToks with creative transitions, trending soundtracks, and compelling captions. * **Storytelling:** Showcase the "behind-the-scenes" and team routines, humanizing the brand and building customer trust. * **Delivery Coverage:** Record key handovers to customers, capturing their reactions and the vehicle’s final shine. **Additional Responsibilities** * **Community Management:** Respond to comments and Direct Messages, filtering potential budget inquiries for the sales team. * **Trend Monitoring:** Identify automotive industry trends and adapt them to the workshop’s reality. * **Metrics Analysis:** Track social media growth and suggest improvements based on audience preferences. * **Partnerships:** Assist in contacting motor influencers and paint/aesthetic suppliers. **Desired Qualifications** * Proficiency in mobile editing tools (CapCut, InShot) or desktop software (Premiere/Final Cut). * Basic design knowledge for cover creation (Canva or Photoshop). * Strong communication skills and proactivity when interacting with painters and management. * Bonus: Basic knowledge of automotive aesthetics or painting.
