Focus on sales expansion and customer satisfaction **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree preferred; * Relevant work experience; * Ongoing postgraduate studies preferred; * Digital marketing knowledge preferred; * Content strategy expertise is a plus; * Paid media campaign experience preferred; * Search Engine Optimization (SEO) knowledge is a plus; * Search Engine Marketing (SEM) knowledge preferred. **Responsibilities:** * Plan sales growth strategies based on analysis and research regarding customers' purchasing power and market positioning, organizing technical visits, training courses, and incentives; evaluate ROI on promotional items and value-added products to increase customer volume in retail stores and wholesale channels. * Develop marketing studies and strategies jointly with the commercial team (retail and wholesale), analyzing customer segmentation and performance to identify business opportunities, market niche potential, and emerging trends; analyze KPIs and results from studies and surveys to expand commercial team sales. * Evaluate Net Promoter Score (NPS) indicators by analyzing customer satisfaction ratings collected via evaluation links; gather improvement points regarding products and service across company departments to formulate strategies enhancing Vonixx's products and services. * Develop and monitor adherence to the monthly digital marketing action calendar, including content, videos, live streams, and other activities; * Distribute and coordinate design and audiovisual production requests, pre-evaluating quality of scheduled creative assets and videos prior to editing and approval for publication on Vonixx's media channels; * Supervise execution of the monthly marketing action calendar by evaluating implemented actions, analyzing applied techniques, and studying posting metrics—including engagement rates, reach, impressions, image shares, etc.—to drive social media growth and stimulate purchase intent through content; * Supervise organization of external and internal events, defining content themes, action strategies, graphic and digital material creation direction, etc., to strengthen brand presence in the market; * Supervise contracts with partners and suppliers by evaluating their performance; * Supervise development of marketing-oriented content, copy, and related materials to ensure accurate targeting of the intended audience; * Supervise implementation of strategic internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives, establishing communication channels, tools, processes, event calendars, and policies to reinforce company culture among employees; * Supervise product marketing activities by analyzing inventory levels and coordinating promotional material distribution to the team, supporting increased sales of slower-moving products; * Supervise the work team by monitoring daily activities, identifying development opportunities, proposing training programs, evaluating team performance outcomes, scheduling vacation time, tracking absences, etc., aiming to build a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals; * Monitor operational technical proficiency within the marketing department, delivering guidance and technical reinforcement training to subordinates as needed; * Uphold company culture; * Perform additional duties relevant to the department as requested by immediate leadership.
