




Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning and executing marketing and communication activities, including media, CRM, events, content creation, and performance analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Co-development of media investment plan 2. Event and campaign planning and production 3. Creation of online and offline artwork and email marketing * Co-development and approval of the monthly media investment map; \- \- CRM calendar development; \- \- Analysis and preparation of reports and KPIs; \- \- Mall quality (institutional communications); \- \- Creation of online and offline artwork (when required); \- \- Planning and production of events and campaigns; \- \- Email marketing creation (primarily for virtual storefronts); \- \- Analysis and approval of social media posts and Toolkit (key visuals and campaign asset breakdown); \- \- Monthly update of the Project Status spreadsheet; \- \- Monthly update of the Mystery Shopper report and action plan; \- \- Preparation of the internal weekly newsletter; \- \- Photographic and audiovisual coverage of events (when required); Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
