Job Summary:
We are seeking a Scrum Master to work end-to-end across the software development lifecycle, fostering team self-organization and continuous process improvement, while facilitating communication and conflict resolution in an agile environment.

Description:
* Prior experience as a Scrum Master on software development teams, working end-to-end across the development lifecycle.
* Solid knowledge of the Scrum framework and foundational agile methodologies (Agile, Lean, Agile Manifesto principles).
* Hands-on experience with agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar).
* Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate meetings/workshops, and capacity to resolve conflicts.
* Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative working style.
* Experience in SaaS product development or on-demand software environments.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Agile certifications (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent).
* Knowledge of Kanban, XP, scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus), or other complementary agile practices.
* Experience with product metrics and business KPIs (e.g., adoption, retention, NPS, churn).
* Experience in fast-growing environments (scale-ups or startups).
* Familiarity with DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
* Act as a facilitator between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, promoting alignment, transparency, and effective communication.
* Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and refinement, ensuring items reflect business value and product objectives.
* Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team delivery, acting proactively and escalating when necessary.
* Promote team self-organization, autonomy, and collective accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
* Facilitate conflict resolution and contribute to a psychologically safe environment where the team can express ideas, learn, and innovate.
* Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, burndown, etc.) and support data-driven decision-making, linking these metrics to product and business goals.
* Actively drive continuous improvement of software development processes, encouraging experimentation, learning, and frequent adjustments.
* Champion agile culture across the organization by sharing best practices and facilitating learning opportunities (e.g., trainings, workshops, talks).
* Support agile scaling when required (e.g., coordinated collaboration across multiple teams).
* Collaborate with other areas (QA, Support, Product, Business, etc.) to ensure consistent delivery of value to end customers.
