Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling vehicle flow and guiding drivers to ensure organization and safety in the parking area, providing assistance and reporting irregularities. If you identify with our philosophy and meet the required qualifications, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** Performs vehicle entry and exit control activities and provides information to drivers to ensure traffic flow and proper vehicle parking. * Monitor traffic flow at access points and take action to regulate and/or better distribute vehicles in case of congestion; * Guide drivers regarding road directions, designated parking areas, and shopping center access points to ensure smooth traffic flow; * Address vehicles parked in unauthorized locations; * Handle vehicle collisions occurring in the shopping center parking lot; * Assist customers in case of mechanical failure; * Check the operation of entry and exit equipment; * Report any irregularities observed during the shift to supervisors or security personnel; * Record data of vehicles staying overnight in the parking lot; * Control and replenish found parking cards; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Driver's license, Category A; * Public service experience is a plus. **Competencies:** * Initiative * Attention to Detail * Cordiality * Self-control * Ethics * Empathy * Proactivity **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health and Dental Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance * Parking * Life Insurance * Store Discounts * Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Schedule:** * 5 days on / 1 day off **Working Hours:** * Night shift (4:00 PM to 12:03 AM) For people, by people!
