Job Summary: We are seeking a communicative, organized, and proactive Commercial Assistant to work in the cosmetics segment, supporting the sales team and ensuring excellence in customer service. Organization of price lists, catalogs, and promotional campaigns * Position: Commercial Assistant – Cosmetics We are looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive professional to serve as a Commercial Assistant in the cosmetics segment, supporting the sales team and ensuring excellent customer service. Main Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service; * Assist in preparing quotations, orders, and commercial proposals; * Monitor orders, delivery deadlines, and after-sales service; * Update registrations and information in the system; * Support the commercial team and representatives; * Organize price lists, catalogs, and promotional campaigns; * Assist in inventory control and product availability; * Prepare reports and track commercial goals; * Contribute to customer loyalty and satisfaction; * Support commercial activities and brand promotion. Requirements: * Completed high school education; Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in cosmetics, beauty, or retail sectors; * Familiarity with sales and customer service systems; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Prior experience in customer service or commercial roles is a plus.
