More than just executing tasks, every person has the opportunity to create real impact in the lives of millions of Brazilians every day. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop and maintain the company’s project Change Management Plans; * Conduct organizational impact analysis (processes, people, systems, and culture); * Map stakeholders and define tailored engagement strategies per audience; * Identify adoption risks and define mitigation plans; * Develop and execute the change communication plan; * Act as a facilitator between business areas, IT, and leadership; * Prepare leaders to serve as change sponsors; * Lead alignment activities with impacted areas (field, corporate, regional); * Define and execute user training and capacity-building strategies; * Collaborate with BI and Product teams to ensure usability and alignment with business needs; * Develop support materials (guides, FAQs, videos, user journeys); * Monitor adoption, usage, and maturity indicators across company projects; * Integrate the change plan into project timelines; * Participate in governance rituals and status reporting; * Support impact management during releases, pilots, and rollouts; * Collect continuous feedback and implement adjustments to the change strategy; * Define and track change KPIs (adoption, engagement, satisfaction); * Assess organizational readiness and post-implementation evolution; * Support benefit identification and realization for the program. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Technology, or related fields; * Preferred: Certification in Change Management (Prosci, CCMP, or similar); * Experience in retail companies with extensive geographic reach; * Experience with nationwide rollouts and distributed teams. **Additional information** BENEFITS: * Meal allowance (per collective bargaining agreement); * Transportation allowance; * Annual bonus; * Health insurance (eligibility based on location and position); * Dental insurance (voluntary enrollment); * Life insurance; * Funeral assistance; * Pague Menos Corporate University with courses and training — Up Farma; * Gold discount at Pague Menos Pharmacies; * Pharmacy benefits program with payroll deduction — Epharma; * Wellhub (wellness platform offering physical activity options, mindfulness, and more); * Educa Mais (personalized plans for undergraduate, graduate, mentoring, free courses, and language learning); * Pague Menos mobile SIM card; * Car rental discounts; * Airfare discounts; * On-site fitness classes, subject to location; We do not discriminate based on race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, disability, or age.
