Job Summary:
Pharmacy internship to monitor inventory control, temperature monitoring, perform pharmacovigilance activities, and participate in medication reconciliation.

**Responsibilities**
Monitor inventory control routines, including controlled medications from satellite pharmacies, Class-A items, high-cost medications, and expiration dates;
Monitor storage temperatures and maintain records;
Perform pharmacovigilance, technovigilance, and medication loan control activities;
Participate in medication reconciliation, protocol follow-up, risk score analysis, and laboratory test evaluation.
**Requirements**
Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy undergraduate program, starting from the 4th semester;
Interest in working in the hospital sector;
Completion of Pharmacology and/or Clinical Pharmacy coursework;
Availability to work afternoon shifts (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM).
Job Type: Part-time, Internship
Contract Duration: 24 months
Compensation: R$950.00 per month
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 hours
