




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing damaged goods, ensuring achievement of targets and optimizing return, replacement, and disposal processes for products. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of damaged products and inventory. **Key Deliverables** Ensure achievement of Damaged Goods targets. Efficiently and promptly handle necessary actions for returns, replacements, repairs, and disposal of damaged products. **General Responsibilities** * Embody the organizational identity of Comercial Brasil; * Provide guidance to employees and customers on matters related to the department; * Analyze and propose improvements to operational routines, aiming to optimize departmental operations; * Collaborate with other departments within Comercial Brasil to drive business results; * Actively participate in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Perform other duties related to the position, as required by departmental needs and manager directives; **Specific Responsibilities** * Receive and inspect returned products to initiate appropriate handling: * Record incoming goods in the ERP system; * Maintain communication with suppliers to identify damaged product return processes: * Issue return, disposal, repair, or warranty invoices; * Verify returned products against invoices to ensure compliance; * Track product replacements and returns with suppliers: * Obtain freight quotations for pickup and delivery of damaged products; * Request pickups and returns from freight carriers; * Store and maintain organized, location-mapped inventory of returned products: * Conduct inventory counts of damaged product stock; * Generate new barcodes when replacing a returned product with a similar item; * Request product transfers to stores from the responsible department; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Monitor reports on incoming and outgoing damaged products to meet established targets; * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Education** * Completed or ongoing Technical Education in Logistics, Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Or ongoing undergraduate studies. **Desired Knowledge** * Basic understanding of logistics and reverse logistics; * Fundamental knowledge of inventory control and merchandise organization; * Familiarity with ERP systems or control software; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
