Job Summary: This assistant will be responsible for international freight quotation, tax classification, communication with carriers, updating of customs documentation, preparation of order and cost reports, and support for follow-up. Contributes to the agility of product delivery. **IMPORT ASSISTANT** Location: Messejana, Fortaleza/CE **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Practical experience in the field; * International relations and import pricing courses are desirable; * Basic technical English proficiency; * Proficiency in Excel; * Knowledge of customs processes and legislation. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct international freight quotations by contacting suppliers, evaluating delivery time, cost, and other factors, and submitting proposals for review and approval by the immediate manager, aiming to expedite product receipt; * Support tax classification of vonixx products by assessing the appropriateness of tax treatment per product, ensuring accuracy in tax collection and payment; * Contact and coordinate with local carriers for pickup and delivery of goods at the factory, as previously agreed upon with the supplier; * Request customs documentation updates upon arrival of goods, perform necessary verifications, and instruct the customs broker to pay the carrier and submit the receipt declaration to the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB); * Prepare order reports based on purchase orders from international suppliers, paying attention to item quantities and specifications, aiming to meet demand requirements; * Prepare reports containing information on costs related to the import process, supporting financial accountability; * Provide follow-up support for international purchase orders, monitoring deadlines and alerting the immediate manager about potential bottlenecks in order delivery.
