RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES - Perform biological sample collection, primarily blood, as per examination requests. - Accurately identify patients and samples to ensure safety and traceability. - Guide patients on examination preparation (e.g., fasting, rest, urine/stool collection). - Prepare and organize collection materials (e.g., needles, tubes, labels, PPE). - Conduct collections according to technical protocols and biosafety standards. - Properly package, store, and dispatch samples for analysis. - Record information in the system or control forms. - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and material replenishment in the collection area. - Comply with safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards regarding patient information. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Required qualifications: - Must hold a qualification in one of the following fields: Nursing Assistant, Nursing Technician, or Clinical Laboratory Technician. - Active professional council registration.
