With a focus on quality and innovation, the company strives to meet its customers' needs with excellence. **Responsibilities:** Ensure organization of the work environment. Guide and hand over shifts to opposing shifts. Guide, train, and motivate production teams to achieve continuously improving levels of productivity and quality. Supervise safety and hygiene conditions in the factory to safeguard employees' physical integrity and health. Ensure achievement of established targets through effective coordination with all departments in the factory. Train team members. Guide employees on safety practices and risk prevention. Control area costs and expenses. Plan and organize periodic meetings. Develop and monitor employees. Coordinate tasks related to team management. Guarantee execution of the production plan. Identify factors causing damage and waste for operations in Maracanaú / CE. Previous experience as Operations Coordinator, Production Manager, Logistics Supervisor, or Team Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
