If you are authentic, believe in values such as responsibility, transparency, innovation, positive impact, and entrepreneurship—and want to help transform the world into a better place—join us and become Positive! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and implement complex automation workflows (Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and others); * Create customer clusters (RFM) for personalized offers; * Execute/administer retention strategies and reduce subscription churn; * Manipulate databases and build dashboards; * Manage tools and optimize delivery rates; * Manage bounces and ensure high deliverability (domain reputation); * Implement tags and profile properties to collect more data on customer preferences; * Identify at which stage of the automation users are; * Keep updated key metrics: Open Rate, CTR (Click-Through Rate), Conversion Rate, and Revenue per Email; * Brief the creative team on campaign requirements, ensuring consistent tone of voice and visual identity; * Ensure seamless integration between the e-commerce platform and the CRM tool. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications. **Required** * Proficiency in CRM; * Proficiency in Revi Required; * Proficiency in RD Station; * Knowledge of RFM. **Desirable** * Knowledge of Looker Studio; * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; * Knowledge of Wati, CloudApi, or Attentive messaging APIs; * Knowledge of Klaviyo; * Knowledge of Shopify Subscriptions; * Knowledge of Loop Subscriptions; * Knowledge of Copywriting and SEO. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared health insurance plan; * Dental insurance; * Telemedicine and online therapy (100% covered by the company); * Transportation allowance; * Meal/food allowance (Swile); * Monthly package of brand products; * Life insurance; * Discount on brand products; * Wellhub; * Total Pass; * Vittude.
