This opportunity is to work within our **Shared Services Center (SSC)**, supporting the execution of marketing, trade, events, and brand presence initiatives across the group's companies. Here, you will have space to learn, execute, propose improvements, and operate in a dynamic, collaborative, and multi-brand environment. **Responsibilities and duties** Your mission will be to support the group's marketing operations, ensuring organization, execution, and smooth handling of daily tasks. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Support trade marketing activities and promotional activations * Monitor production and organization of promotional materials and giveaways * Support execution of seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives * Support internal and external events, overseeing setup and operations * Organize schedules, checklists, and operational tasks * Support relationships with suppliers and partners * Create simple adaptations of assets and content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools * Support backstage documentation, activations, and operational content * Maintain area controls, reports, and performance indicators * Manage concurrent tasks with follow-up and a sense of priority **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields * Entry-level experience in marketing, trade, events, promotions, or communications * Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and operational marketing tools * Basic knowledge of performance indicators and task organization * Familiarity with AI tools for productivity support * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an execution-oriented profile * Availability for in-person activities and travel **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience with events, point-of-sale (PDV), or promotional activities * Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe tools * Experience in dynamic or multi-brand environments **Benefits:** * Company-provided lunch; * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Mobility allowance; * Telemedicine; * Discounts on consultations and medical exams; * Total Pass; * Leisure area; * Education incentive; * E-learning platform with certified courses; * Birthday day off; * Discounts on Nagaura and Pagueti products.
